Prices:

Prices do not include taxes and duties of the destination country that are paid by the buyer

Payments:

GESYS TEXTILE welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

Bank wire transfer payments (EUROPE only) :
If Bank Wire Transfer is the preferred method of payment email [email protected]. We will then reserve the choose item for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in GESYS TEXTILE’s bank account.

It is mandatory that the Client send a scan or pdf of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached GESYS TEXTILE’s bank account.

If the scan or pdf of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.

The merchandise will be shipped once GESYS TEXTILE has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.

Shipment and Fees:

Shipment is not Free.

GESYS TEXTILE ships worldwide with DHL, FedEx or BRT. GESYS TEXTILE does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports

All PIMPUP.IT orders are shipped out of Europe WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal pursuant to the Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014

You are entitled to withdraw from this purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day when you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires the physical possession of the goods.

To be entitled to the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or email) by entering your name, address and, if any, phone and fax number and email address. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, you just need to send your communication concerning the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

As foreseen by the Article 59, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied in case of tailor-made or customized goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery conditions quoted by us), without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless we explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not be charged any fees for such repayment.

The refund may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the consumer will have proved of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

1. The consumer is asked to deliver or to send the goods back to the following address Gesys Textile,  via Socrate 15,  22070 Casnate con Bernate (CO) Italia,  without any undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The term will be valid  if you send back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
2. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your charge
3. You will be responsible only for the loss in value of the goods due to an unnecessary handling to establish quality, characteristics and working of the goods.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
